  1. Drink water regularly: we all think about drinking water, eight glasses rule etc. you can forget all the old fashioned tips. Make sure you drink enough water so that you don’t feel thirsty.
  2. Apply Sunscreen Lotion everyday: If you follow this golden rule, you can be assured for youthful skin. UV rays are the most common reason for all skin related problems. Apply the sunscreen 15 minutes prior to walking out.
  3. Hands and Neck are equally important: treat your neck and hands like your face. These areas are the most exposed to the Sun. use moisturizer on neck also so that it does not look apart from your facial skin.
  4. Exercise: Facials can bring glow to your face but that’s temporary. If you want your skin to be glowing always it’s very important to work out each day. Exercise improves blood circulation.
  5. Eat Right: eat lots of fruits and vegetables. The secret is to eat different colours of fruits and vegetables for a healthy glowing skin. Stress lot on vitamin A, C and E.
  6. Feel Good: you should do more of things that make you happy. If you look and feel happy your skin will show the same glow.
